Kelly knows firsthand what it feels like to pour into everyone else and forget yourself in the process. Like so many nurses, she hit a breaking point with burnout in 2020—a moment that pushed her to reclaim her energy, reconnect with her body, and create a more sustainable way to thrive in nursing and beyond.
With a Master of Science in Nursing concentrated in Holistic Nurse Coaching and over a decade of clinical experience, Kelly blends evidence-based holistic wellness, trauma-informed care, and lived nursing experience to offer practical, transformative support for nurses and students.
In 2023, she launched Hope with Kelly to bring holistic self-care and burnout support to individuals and communities. Her newest offering, Nurturing the Nurse, expands that mission with a focus on helping nurses restore balance, set boundaries, and reconnect with their purpose.
There is not enough support for nurses worldwide—and Kelly is actively working to change that.
